Ordering

Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation contains all details regarding the products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is approximately 4 business days.
If delays occur (without prior notice of a longer delivery time), please contact us via info@voronado.se.

Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

You are legally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order.

1. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • Notify us at info@voronado.se that you wish to cancel your order.

  • Include your name, address, email, order number, and which products you are returning.

  • Return the products immediately, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring the products are properly packaged and in their original packaging.

Refunds will cover the cost of the product only, not the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to deduct a value corresponding to any decrease in the product’s value due to use or damage.

For exchanges (different size or color), the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. For shipments outside the EU, we reserve the right to charge any customs fees incurred.

Always keep a receipt and return packages via a traceable method. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your order.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Sealed products for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings once opened.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Services fully completed after explicit consent without right of withdrawal.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food).

  • Single issues of magazines or newspapers.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, correct the issue free of charge.

Always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Claims must be made immediately after discovering a defect.

How to File a Complaint

  • Email info@voronado.se with your name, address, email, order number, and description of the issue.

  • If we cannot resolve the issue or deliver a replacement product, we will refund the defective product in accordance with consumer protection law.

  • We cover return shipping for approved claims.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims if the product is not defective according to consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages caused by the product.

We reserve the right for typographical errors or products being sold out. Images may not accurately reflect product appearance due to screen settings, photo quality, or resolution.
