Ordering
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation contains all details regarding the products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.

Delivery
Our standard delivery time is approximately 4 business days.

Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You are legally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order.
1. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Notify us at info@voronado.se that you wish to cancel your order.

Include your name, address, email, order number, and which products you are returning.

Return the products immediately, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring the products are properly packaged and in their original packaging.
Refunds will cover the cost of the product only, not the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to deduct a value corresponding to any decrease in the product’s value due to use or damage.
For exchanges (different size or color), the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. For shipments outside the EU, we reserve the right to charge any customs fees incurred.
Always keep a receipt and return packages via a traceable method. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your order.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, correct the issue free of charge.
Always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Claims must be made immediately after discovering a defect.
How to File a Complaint
