Product Care

Care Instructions

Linen, cotton, cashmere, and merino wool are natural materials with self-cleaning properties. This means that garments often only need airing to feel fresh. Since our garments rarely get heavily soiled, washing at 30–40°C is usually sufficient. Higher temperatures may cause shrinking or loss of color and shape.

Knitted Sweater

Hand Wash Recommended:

Soak the garment in water up to 30°C.

Handle gently – avoid twisting or pulling; instead, press the water out carefully.

Use a special wool detergent that nourishes and protects the wool fibers.

Do not use fabric softener, as it can damage the natural properties of wool.

Lay flat to dry on a towel.

Do not hang the garment, as it may lose its shape.

Store folded in the wardrobe.

Machine Wash (Optional):

Use a hand wash or wool program, max 30°C.

Place the garment in a laundry bag.

Use wool detergent.

Do not use fabric softener.

Do not spin-dry.

Do not tumble dry.

Lay flat to dry.

Note: Cashmere and merino wool may pill initially. This is natural and occurs as short fibers rise to the surface. Remove pills gently with a wool comb to keep your garment looking great longer.

Caps and Hats

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C).

Use a mild detergent, preferably wool-specific if the item contains wool.

Avoid fabric softener.

Gently reshape the garment after washing and let it air dry.

Do not tumble dry or hang, as the shape may be affected.

Tips

In some cases, machine washing can be gentler than hand washing, as the temperature is more consistent. Always follow the care instructions for each individual garment for best longevity.

Bonus – Sustainability
